ADHD coaching for busy women
ADHD is extra tough for women
Society expects women to do it all—raise children, maintain the home, kick ass at their career, and smile while doing it. These unfair expectations coupled with ADHD symptoms, like executive dysfunction, can have a uniquely devastating impact on one’s self-esteem, self-worth, and life in general.

I love educating audiences about ADHD, neurodivergence, and how to live, work, and thrive with ADHD
Hi, I’m Kelly!
After graduating with a therapy master’s degree from the University of Michigan, my career took a few twists and turns (thanks, ADHD!) before I realized that the pragmatic, tangible, and goal-oriented approach that coaching offers is much more fulfilling to me as a career.
From being too overwhelmed to brush my teeth or feed myself to quitting projects before they even start, I’ve faced just about any ADHD challenge you can imagine—so I know just how paralyzing and shameful it can feel.
That’s why I’ve spent years studying ADHD and learning the best strategies to work with ADHDers to help you find clarity, get organized, overcome mental barriers, and harness your unique strengths in order to thrive each and every day.
