How 1:1 coaching with me works

Before your first session

I’ll send you a brief assessment that will help us both identify the areas you most want to work on

Initial session

  • We’ll chat at length about all the current issues you’re facing.

  • Untangle any ideas, priorities, and general chaos in your head.

  • Identify a few long-term goals together.

  • Break down the goals into manageable objectives that you’ll work on week to week.

Depending on your needs, we may chat through topics like:

  • How to structure your days to help you better manage your time and energy

  • How to get unstuck and initiate tasks

  • How to prioritize what needs to be done and when

  • How to build and maintain momentum

  • How to create habits and routines that feel good and easy to stick to

  • How to manage rejection and justice sensitivities

  • How to manage intense emotions

  • How to manage professional and personal relationships

  • How to create a digital system that makes it easier to manage life and work

Following sessions

  • Unpack the week's objectives, strategies, and systems

  • See what's working and what's not

  • Refine strategies

  • Remove friction and barriers to create more ease and flow in your day-to-day

Between sessions

  • I offer all 1:1 clients support between sessions via email or Whatsapp

After each session

  • I’ll send you a document that lists out the objectives we decided on for that week so you never need to take notes or remember anything.

 FAQs

  • You sure don’t. Diagnosis is a privilege. If you struggle with common ADHD challenges, like executive dysfunction, you’re more than welcome to work with me.

  • 1:1 coaching costs $200 per session. You don’t need to commit to any number of sessions at a time. We can take it session by session.

  • Most people benefit from starting with weekly sessions, but it’s not required. We can work with your schedule, budget, and needs to figure out the right frequency for you.

  • 50 minutes :)

  • All sessions take place over video chat via Google Meet.
